Bob Hornacek

Deacon

Deacon Bob Hornacek was ordained on May 13, 2017 by Bishop David Ricken. Deacon Bob, a convert to the Catholic faith, was confirmed at St. Matthew’s in 2003. He and his wife Jen were married in 1999 and have four sons. Deacon Bob leads our monthly Eucharistic Adoration service, communion services at a nursing home and preaches once a month. Deacon Bob is proud to serve at St. Matthew’s and is looking forward to growing in faith with the community that formed him. Bob and Jen are also active in the Retrouvaille program designed to help people who are struggling in their marriage. Outside of church, Bob loves to play and coach sports for his sons, especially baseball and basketball.
