This year our parish will again be donating the proceeds from five of our picnic booths to five outreach ministries St. Matthew is involved with. These five ministries are: Ecumenical Partnership for Housing, Feed My Starving Children, Hands & Hearts with Haiti, Love Life, St. John’s Homeless Shelter. The proceeds raised from all of the booths will be split evenly among the five ministries. The funds raised from the raffles, silent auction and other areas of the picnic will stay part of our St. Matthew budget as in year’s past. 

Bucket Raffle     

What is a Bucket Raffle? A Bucket Raffle involves multiple prizes with each prize having its own bucket (receptacle) for the deposit of tickets based on the participant’s choice. A participant purchases Bucket Raffle tickets and drops their stub in the bucket of their choice. Once the sale of tickets has been closed and all sold tickets deposited in the respective bucket, a winning ticket is drawn from each bucket.
