Are you the CAREGIVER to someone in your family? Are you involved in a ministry of visiting parishioners in their homes, in assisted living facilities, or in nursing homes? Were you the main caregiver for a loved one who has died? Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? If you answer YES to any of these questions, we invite you to come together with others to hear Karen Ruth give a presentation called LAUGH. This laughter-filled 90 minute program is designed to give PRESENT and PAST CAREGIVERS real-life tools for reducing stress using humor, so they can help (and laugh with) those they love and serve. Several people who have heard this talk found it very helpful. This program will be offered here at St Matthew in the Gathering Space on Monday, October 21 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Please feel free to invite family members and friends who might find this program helpful to also join us for this. Questions: please call Ann Froelich at the parish 435-6811 ext. 310 The Bible and the Virgin Mary
Why is the Blessed Virgin Mary so important to Catholics? For the answers to this and many more questions please join us at St Matthew’s Parish for The Bible and the Virgin Mary, a 12 part series from the St. Paul Center’s Journey Through Scripture program. Bible Study will be every other Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the upper room of the Parish Center beginning September 16. Each session will include a video presentation and a group discussion. The study guide should be ordered online at https://stpaulcenter.com. For more information or to register for the study, call Roseann Dichraff 920-676-7732 busiraff@hotmail.com. Special Gathering
Monday Oct 21, 2019 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Special Gathering – Monday, October 21
Are you the CAREGIVER to someone in your
family? Are you involved in a ministry of visiting parishioners in their homes, in assisted living facilities, or in nursing homes?
Were you the main caregiver for a loved one who has died? Are you grieving the loss of a loved one?
If you answer YES to any of these questions, we invite you to come together with others to hear Karen Ruth give a presentation called LAUGH. This laughter-filled 90 minute program is designed to give PRESENT and PAST CAREGIVERS real-life tools for reducing stress using humor,
so they can help (and laugh with) those they love
and serve.
310The Bible and the Virgin Mary
