New Beginnings

We dropped both of our daughters off at college this past weekend. It is a new beginning for both of them, and a change for us; we'll only have the two boys at home. As we drove back from Eau Claire last night, we talked about a new beginning for our marraige as well. We asked questions like, "How can we give of ourselves more generously and purely to each other? How do we remain faithful to our marriage commitment? What can help us become the best version of ourselves? The conversations we had were deep, revealing, challenging and life-giving.

Thank God for long car rides!
