"A slow Crucifixion"

This morning, Wayne and I were talking about what should be in our blog. Looking for inspiration, I asked, "What is next week's Gospel reading? Wayne said, "The Passion...that's just like marriage...a slow crucifixion."

After we laughed for a while, we couldn't help thinking that some people actually might believe marriage is supposed to be drudgery.
