Packers Playoff Emotion

The Packers just won an exciting game 21-16 against the Philadelphia Eagles. The game went down to the wire but ultimately, Tramon Williams' interception with 33 seconds left sealed the victory. Our family jumped for joy, high 5's were shared, and the den was filled with screams of joy!

Interesting how a football game and season has similiar qualities as in our marriages. There are good plays and bad plays. The team adapts in sickness and health. The team sticks together through the entire game (and season).

The major difference is that the team (coaches and players) change over time while our marriage is the ultimate lifetime commitment between two people.

Take some of your positive emotion from an exciting victory and spend time with your spouse thanking God for the gift of your commitment!
